Still Lifes

As April swings along, I am busy painting my way through weekly still life projects. While none of them typically reach the level of 100% finished, I've completed a few which I think will make some nice paintings once I refine them a bit!

I ran out of things to paint pretty early on, so I've been visiting goodwill and local thrift shops to pick up random things here and there. It's actually quite fun finding that perfect hidden treasure (the cow-shaped creamer being my favorite find).

While I'm well on my way to becoming a bona-fide antique hoarder, I am having a blast painting all my new purchases into my assignments. Here are some of my best paintings so far.
